1 THE CONTRACT

For bookings requested the the speci ed ed deposit must be paid at at the the the time of request request Once con rmation is is received and advised to the the the Client the the the speci ed ed ed must be be paid within 48 hours of the the advise being given If any money be be it it a a a a a a deposit or full payment is is not received by by the the the the the due date the the the the the Company reserves the the the the the right to treat the the the the the the booking
as cancelled by by the the the the the the Client who will then be be liable for cancellation charged speci ed ed in Clause 7(b) (ii) below Please refer to the the cancellation grid under the the article 6 If for any any reason a a a a a a a a a a a booking
is not accepted by by the the the the Company Company all monies paid to the the the the the Company Company Company by by the the the the the Client for the the the the the booking
will be refunded and the the the the the the Company Company shall not have any any further liability to the the the client 4 FACILITIES INCLUDED IN IN OR EXCLUDED FROM HOLIDAY PRICE
The price of the holiday booked at Walt Disney World through Al Tayer Travel Agency includes only the items items speci ed If does not include include items items of a a a a a personal personal nature including but not limited to to personal personal insurance Air ticket transport to to departure airport refreshments meals unless speci ed optional excursions passport and visa fees porterage gratuities or or or taxes unless otherwise speci ed which shall in in each and every case be the the the responsibility of the the the Clients Hotel check-in/ check-out times are are xed and there are are no guarantees for for early/ late check-in/out
unless paid for for 5 TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
It is the the the responsibility of the the the client to obtain and and and carry a a a a a a a a a valid passport and and and any other documents including visas from and and and in in in in the the holiday destination The Company shall not be liable for any any any inconvenience expense lose or or or damage of of any any kind if incurred by by the Client by by by reason of of of failure to obtain or or or produce or or by by the loss of of such documents 6 PRICES
The tariff quoted is is indicative only and are correct at at at at the time of of publishing (June 2017) Such fares prices and international rates of of exchange are are subject to change change which in in turn may affect prices quoted here In spite of a a a a a a a a a deposit or full payment being made any such increase increase in in in in price must also be be paid by the the passenger passenger If the the the the increase increase is is unacceptable the the the the passenger passenger retains the the the the right to to cancel his/ her booking
However attention is is drawn to to the the possibility that some cancellation charges may be imposed covering the Company’s cancellation cost The Company Company reserves the the right to vary holiday prices Please check with Al Tayer Travel Agency for the the applicable price or or or other places at which you are landed or or referred In the the event that medical attendance of any kind or or ambulance assistance whether on land at sea or or or or by air is is required you shall be liable for the the full charge and/or cost thereof and and and and you shall indemnify us Disney Cruise Line and and and and doctor/medical provider upon demand for such charge and/or costs If by reason of illness or or or or or or through any other cause you require special special or or or or extra extra accommodation or or or or special special or or or or extra extra attention during your stay you you will be charged accordingly You are advised to ensure that your insurance covers medical treatment evacuation and repatriation 7 CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS — GENERAL
(a) By the Company (I) It is unlikely that the Company will have to to make any any alteration to to a a a a a a a a a a booking
which has been accepted by it but sometimes circumstances change and alterations but but if any such alteration alteration alteration is material it will offer the the the client the the the the alterative of of accepting accepting the the the the alteration alteration or accepting accepting any other holiday which may be offered by the the Company or cancelling the the booking

at any any time when necessary because of events beyond its control or or an over booking
which arises from the the default or or or omission on on on on on the the part of any any person such as a a a a a a a a carrier or or a a a a a a a a hotelier providing any any any services comprised in in in in the the booking
The Company will inform the the Client of any any such event as as soon as as practicable and at at its discretion refund monies paid or where practicable offer the Client a a a a a a a a a a a comparative alterative holiday for any any booking
so cancelled The Company will be under no further liability to the the Client whatsoever in such circumstances (b) By the Client (i) If the the Client wishes to to change his / her booking
the the the Company will endeavor to to accommodate these changes In view of the the the the additional work involved the the the Company reserves the the right to to make a a a a a a a a a a a charge of USD 20 each time a a a a a a a a a a change or amendment is made to to a a a a a a a a a a con con rmed rmed booking
