On arrival at Taipei International Airport you will be met by our local representative and you will be transferred to the hotel.

Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, is a modern metropolis with Japanese colonial lanes, busy shopping streets and contemporary buildings. The skyline is crowned by the 509m-tall, bamboo-shaped Taipei 101 skyscraper, with upscale shops at the base and a rapid elevator to an observatory near the top. Taipei is also known for its lively street-food scene and many night markets, including expansive Shilin market.

Today explore the city of Taipei on this guided seat in coach tour. The highlights of the tour include The National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall-is a famous national monument, landmark and tourist attraction erected in memory of Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek, former President of the Republic of China. It is located in Zhongzheng District. You will be passing the Presidential Square, see the Martyrs’ Shrine, The National Palace Museum-has a permanent collection of nearly 700,000 pieces of ancient Chinese imperial artifacts and artworks, making it one of the largest of its type in the world. The collection encompasses 8,000 years of history of Chinese art from the Neolithic age to the modern, the you will see the Local Taiwanese Temple, and Handicraft Center. The rest of the day is free to explore the city of Taipei.

Prepare for check out and the driver will pick you up and drive you to the Moon Lake which is located in the middle of Taiwan and situated 762 meters above sea level in the lofty mountains of Central Taiwan. Tour will stop at the famous Wenwu Temple, also known as Literature-Warrior Temple, dedicated to Confucius as Master of Pen and to Kuan Ti as Master of Sword, Holy Monk Shrine and Ci En Pagoda. Enjoy natural hot spring at the Fleur de Chine Hotel, Sun Moon Lake. You can also enjoy the walking trails, biking, hiking or boating at the lake.

Sun Moon Lake is in the foothills of Taiwan’s Central Mountain Range. It’s surrounded by forested peaks and has foot trails. East of the lake, the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village is a theme park with a section devoted to re-created indigenous villages. Displays here include centuries-old carved lintel pieces, handicrafts and weapons. The Sun Moon Lake Ropeway cable car offers views of the mountains and water.

Prepare for check out and the driver will pick you up and drive you the beautiful city of Kaohsiung. Before reaching Kaohsiung you will be passing by the lovely small and old Jiji Railway Station, drive to Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Monastery, the most famous Buddhist sacred place of southern Taiwan. Here you will learn about Buddhism during the monastery walking tour and communicate with some of the monks or nuns during the visit, there will be opportunity to taste Buddhist vegetarian lunch (at your own cost). Continuously, we will drive to Kaohsiung which is the second largest city of Taiwan. The tour will take you to Love River- The Love River or Ai River is a river in southern Taiwan. It originates in Renwu District, Kaohsiung City, and flows 12 kilometers through Kaohsiung to Kaohsiung Harbor. Love River is the spine of Kaohsiung, playing a similar role to the River Thames of London. and Liuhe Night Market- is a tourist night market in Sinsing District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is one of the most popular markets in Taiwan where seafood, handicrafts, clothing, knives, cameras and live animals are sold. 

Kaohsiung is a massive port city in southern Taiwan. It's home to many skyscrapers, such as the 248m-tall Tuntex Sky Tower, and is known for its diversity of parks. Its focal point is the Love River, with walking paths and cafes along its banks, and cruise boats navigating its waters. Shopping options range from high-end malls to the Liuhe and Ruifeng night markets.

Prepare for check out and the driver will pick you up and drive you to the beautiful Kenting National Park, located at Taiwan’s southern tip and the 37 miles of coral-rimmed shoreline along three sides of the park provide its main attractions. Stops will be made at Eluanbi light house, Maobitou coastal scenic area and Longpan Park. Continuously we will drive to Taitung via Southern Link Highway. Enjoy natural hot spring in the hotel.

Kenting National Park occupies the Hengchun Peninsula at the southern tip of the island of Taiwan. It’s known for its white-sand beaches, caves, coral reefs & northern mountains. The park’s main resort, Kenting Town, is home to restaurants, street-food stalls, bars and nightlife. The Frog Rock outcrop and the jagged, 318m Dajianshan peak overlook the resort.

The Jhiben Hot Spring is a hot spring in Beinan, Taitung County, Taiwan. It is one of the most famous Taiwanese hot springs. In its literature the local Taitung tourism  authorities spell the name of the area Chihben

Prepare for check out and the driver will pick you up and drive you to an exciting East Coast Tour. The East Coast National Scenic Area, known as "Taiwan's last unspoiled land", stretches 170 kilometers down the east coast of the island. Weathering, erosion, and accumulation have produced a wide range of landforms here. The tour will stop at Xiaoyeliu, Sanxiantai, Shitiping (Stone Steps), marble factory and showroom.

Taitung City is on the southeast coast of Taiwan. It’s known for Peinan Cultural Park, the site of a number of buried Neolithic slate coffins first excavated in the 1980s. Examples of relics recovered from the site, including pottery and jade stones, are displayed at the National Museum of Prehistory. In the wooded Taitung Forest Park are birds and butterflies, and footpaths wind past several lakes.

Taroko National Park is one of the nine national parks in Taiwan and was named after the Taroko Gorge, the landmark gorge of the park carved by the Liwu River. The park spans Taichung Municipality, Nantou County, and Hualien County. And is located at 972, Taiwan, Hualien County, Xiulin Township. Later in the afternoon, we will drive to Hualien.

Today we will visit the beautiful Taroko National Park. Taroko Gorge is an exceptionally beautiful, narrow raving created by the Liwu river which has cut deep into the mountains of solid marble. A road carved into sheer walls of rock rewinding its way past forested peaks and cliffs towering thousands of feet above it, while hundreds of feet below a river roars past gigantic marble boulders. Passing by Ci Mu Bridge, stops will be made at Swallow Grotto, and Changchun Temple (Eternal Spring Shrine). We will then drive back to Taipei with a stop at Cingshui Cliff- Qingshui Cliff is a 21 kilometer length of coastal cliffs averaging 800 meters above sea level in Xiulin Township, Hualien County, Taiwan. The tallest peak, Qingshui Mountain, rises 2408 meters directly from the Pacific Ocean, then continue to drive through Syue-Shan Long Tunnel (12.9 Kms). After the tour the driver will drop you to the hotel in Taipei.

After breakfast. The day is free until checkout time. The driver will pick you up and drop you to the airport for your onward flight.
