On arrival at Kiev International Airport you will be met by our local representative and you will be transferred to the hotel.

Kiev is the capital city of Ukraine, bisected by the Dnieper River and known for its religious architecture, secular monuments and history museums. The 11th-century Kiev Pechersk Lavra is a monastery and pilgrimage site encompassing several gold-domed churches. It's known for its catacombs lined with the burial chambers of Orthodox monks, and a collection of gold objects from ancient Scythian times.

Today meet your driver and guide for a guided tour of Kiev. Explore the wonderful city of Kiev and get to see all the highlights of the city. When you first come to Kiev, you get to discover a unique culture, impressive attractions and most of all the harmonious combination of ancient and modern co-existing in the same city. To do so, we invite you to a half day tour, during which you will see preserved architectural ensembles of the XI, XII-XVII centuries and modern architecture in the industrial and financial center of the country. During this highlights tour, you will get to visit the following sights: Mikhailovska Square, Mikhailovsky Cathedral, Taras Shevchenko National University, Kiev Opera Theatre, The Golden Gates, Sophia Square, St Sophia Cathedral and monument to Bohdan Khmelnytsky, Volodymyr Cathedral, monument to Princess Olga, Andrew's Church, Independence Square, River Port, Funicular, Kontraktova Square, Hostynnyi dvir, Mother Motherland Statue and the Dniper river quay.

Today your driver will pick you up in the hotel for the most unforgettable moments in the history of Ukraine and the world. The Ecological Tour to Chernobyl. Visit and explore the nuclear zone of Chernobyl and get to see the highlights of the area in one day. We begin our tour with a transfer to Chernobyl zone where we'll meet our guide at the Dityatki block post. At this point we'll go through documents and luggage control as well as a small introduction of behavior in the zone. Our first stop will be near the monument to courageous firemen of Chernobyl, people who literally saved the world. We'll continue with a visit to the office of the Chernobyl interinform State Agency where you will be informed about the liquidation of the catastrophic consequences in the 30 km. zone, the most contagious places and machines cemeteries. We'll visit the Leliv block post. You will be impressed by the tidy revetment on the edges of the road, studded with yellow signs. Our next photo-stop will be near the 4th reactor of the station where we'll see the press centre (except weekends!) and a documentary film demonstrating the liquidation and liquidators of the man-caused catastrophe. Afterwards you will be driven to the nearby 'red forest', which was left for scientific researches and then to the 'ghost city' of Prypyat. You will visit the flats, left in 1986 where private things still can be found: kitchen utensils, furniture, curtains, books, musical instruments and toys. You will see the town that was left by its 50 thousand inhabitants within 24 hours. Continue our tour of Chernobyl Park of Glory, Second World War Memorial and the Board of Memory to liquidators.

The Chernobyl disaster was caused by a nuclear accident that occurred on Saturday 26 April 1986, at the No. 4 reactor in the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, near the city of Pripyat in the north of the Ukrainian SSR.

Excursion to Kiev - Pechersk Lavra

On the high hills of the right bank of the Dnieper rises majestically crowned golden domed Kiev-Pechersk Lavra - the inheritance of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the cradle of monasticism in Rus and the stronghold of the Orthodox religion. Pechersk Lavra was founded in 11 century and was built in 9 following centuries. Many monastery buildings are dated back to 17-18 centuries. Medieval church ensemble of Kiev-Pechersk Lavra includes visit and view of the Trinity Gate Church, Cathedral of the Assumption, the Refectory, inspection of exterior architecture bell tower and the monastery cave labyrinth with underground churches and holy relics. During this tour you will visit underground labyrinths of caves with mummies of monks.

Visit to Cossak Village Mamaeva Sloboda

In the middle of the valley of curly cherry gardens, surrounded by fences, stands Cossack "Sloboda" - the architectural ensemble which consists of 98 units. Its thematic exhibits represent a full replica of a historical settlement depicting Ukrainian nature, architecture and the way of life. The objects of “Mamayeva Sloboda” are used by the method of reproduction of the living history according to their original functions – with the aim to popularize and revive the original Ukrainian folk traditions, customs, rites, forgotten labor skills, and handicrafts.

Odessa is a port city on the Black Sea in southern Ukraine. It’s known for its beaches and 19th-century architecture, including the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater. The monumental Potemkin Stairs, immortalized in "The Battleship Potemkin," lead down to the waterfront with its Vorontsov Lighthouse. Running parallel to the water, the grand Primorsky Boulevard is a popular promenade lined with mansions and monuments.
 

Kharkiv is a city in northeast Ukraine. Sprawling Freedom Square is home to the constructivist Derzhprom building. Shevchenko Park features botanic gardens and a zoo. Ivano-Frankivsk is a historic city located in Western Ukraine. It is the administrative centre of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. Administratively, it is designated as a city of regional significance within the oblast, and together with a number of rural localities, is incorporated as Ivano-Frankivsk Municipality.
 

Chernivtsi is a city in western Ukraine. It's known for the 1875-founded Chernivtsi National University, which features Romanesque and Byzantine architecture and the Chernivtsi University Botanical Garden. At the heart of the old town is Central Square, with the blue, neoclassical City Hall. Nearby, the Chernivtsi Museum of Art exhibits 17th- to 20th-century art from the historic region of Bukovina in a former bank.
 

Uzhhorod is a city in western Ukraine. Medieval Uzhhorod Castle is home to the Museum of Regional History, with artifacts from the 14th–20th centuries including coins and weapons. The open-air Museum of Folk Architecture and Life features reconstructed traditional buildings with folk art. The turreted Catholic Church of St. George dates from the 17th century. To the west, Bozdos'kyi Park has children's play areas.
 

Mariupol is a city of regional significance in south eastern Ukraine, situated on the north coast of the Sea of Azov at the mouth of the Kalmius river, in the Pryazovia region. It is the tenth-largest city in Ukraine, and the second largest in the Donetsk Oblast with a population of 449,498.
 

Zaporizhia is a city on the Dnieper River in southeastern Ukraine. It's home to Khortytsia Island, a former Cossack stronghold with the Khortytsia National Reserve and the open-air Museum of Zaporizhian Cossacks. Riverside Dubovy Gai park has children’s rides and a lake. Nearby, the Regional Lore Museum explores Cossack, Scythian and medieval history. Boguslayev Museum of Technology has jet engines and motorbikes.
 

Ternopil is a city in western Ukraine, located on the banks of the Seret. Until 1944, it was known mostly as Tarnopol. Ternopil is one of the major cities of Western Ukraine and the historical regions of Galicia and Podolia. It is served by Ternopil Airport.
 

Vinnytsia is a city on the Southern Bug River, in west-central Ukraine. Set in the river, the large Multimedia Fountain Roshen emits sound and colored light. The landscaped Gorky Park has a skate park, sports stadium and planetarium. The Pirogov Estate Museum complex, commemorating surgeon Nikolay Pirogov, includes a house, pharmacy and burial vault. The vast Friendship of Peoples Park has a lake and forested areas.
 

Lutsk  is a city on the Styr River in northwestern Ukraine. It is the administrative center of the Volyn Oblast and the administrative center of the surrounding Lutsk Raion within the oblast, though it is not a part of the raion. Lutsk has the status of a city of oblast significance, equivalent to that of a raion.
 

Dnipro is a city on the Dnieper River in central Ukraine. Missiles in Rocket Park mark the city's role in the Soviet-era space and defense industries. The Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine Museum is part of the Menorah Center, a Jewish cultural and business complex. The Art Museum includes paintings and sculptures. Nearby, the D.I. Yavornytsky National History Museum explores archaeology and Cossack history.
