Valletta (or Il-Belt) is the tiny capital of the Mediterranean island nation of Malta. The walled city was established in the 1500s on a peninsula by the Knights of St. John, a Roman Catholic order. It’s known for museums, palaces and grand churches. Baroque landmarks include St. John’s Co-Cathedral, whose opulent interior is home to the Caravaggio masterpiece "The Beheading of Saint John."

Visit the jaw-dropping gem of the city, St. John's Co-Cathedral, home to one of the most internationally recognized works by Caravaggio, ‘The Beheading of St John the Baptist’ (1608). Afterwards, take a seat for a must-see audio-visual treat, The Malta Experience, a gripping and informative show which tells the dramatic story of the islands’ 7000-year turbulent history.

Enjoy one of the most interesting excursions of the Maltese archipelago. Known as "the three cities", Vittoriosa, Cospicua and Senglea form an ancient urban cordon worthy of visiting. Don’t miss out on an interesting route through Vittoriosa, Cospicua and Senglea. Each of these cities has something different to offer, and due to proximity and their small size, they can all be visited in one day. The trip begins in Cospicua, the largest of the three cities and the newest. Among its main attractions are the impressive bastions built by the Knights of the Order of Malta as well as the Immaculate Conception Church, one of the most important churches in Malta, erected in honor of the country's patron saint. After leaving Cospicua, you will reach Vittoriosa, a magical part of Malta. Lose yourself in its cobbled alleys as you take a relaxed stroll in the shade of the historic buildings and churches. Vittoriosa, besides boasting beautiful architecture that takes you back to the past, it is also a picturesque colorful city, full of flowers. From the old pier you will board a typical boat (fregatina) to admire the famous brooks of the port. Once in Senglea, the last stop of the tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the beautiful "Vedette", an ancient coastal watch tower that dates back to medieval times.

Discover the medieval secrets of the silent city of Mdina with this full day excursion to the ancient walled citadel. Learn about the history of the fortified city before leaving to explore the catacombs and the coast at Dingli as well as other surrounding sights. The highlights of the tour include: Visit the silent city of Mdina with its mix of Norman and Baroque architecture, Get lost in the catacombs, Explore the botanic gardens of San Anton and enter the dome of Mosta´s parish church. Delight in the intriguing history of medieval Mdina and its surrounding area, while enjoying the silence of this entirely pedestrianized walled city, taking in the views from the imposing bastions before visiting the catacombs. Wear comfortable shoes as there is lots to be admired. After lunch lose yourself in the botanic gardens of San Anton and ensure your knees and shoulders are covered before entering the sacred dome of Mosta´s parish church. If you have energy remaining, there is time at the end of this jam packed excursion to enjoy the local goods and shop at the Ta´Qali crafts centre.

You will first drive to the Blue Grotto. The Blue Grotto is actually a number of sea caverns on the southern coast of Malta, west of the Wied iz-Zurrieq harbour and across the small uninhabited islet of Filfla. Every day from sunrise until about 1pm, a unique sight can be observed here. The cave's location combined with the sunlight lead to the water mirroring shows numerous shades of blue. Several caverns mirror the brilliant phosphorescent colours of the underwater flore; other caverns show a deep dark shade of blue. If weather permits, you can do a 25 minute boat trip around the caves for an extra cost. You will then drive to the fishing village of Marsaxlokk. Marsaxlokk is a very popular attraction for tourists and locals because fresh fish and seafood caught during the same morning can be bought. The market is very interesting and attractive as many different items are sold. Although the market was originally a fish market, it has developed and now it also sells locally produced honey, fruit jams, wine as well as vegetables, souvenirs and clothes. Free time will be given in this picturesque village.

Explore the island of Gozo. The islands are similar in history and development, Gozo has a character entirely of its own. Gozo, which is a three hilled island, is greener and more picturesque than Malta. During the tour you will visit The National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta Pinu which is a Roman Catholic minor basilica and national shrine located 700 metres from the village of Gharb. A visit to the Crafts Centre is a must. There you will see stone works, marble, traditional food and local lace. You will then visit Victoria which is the capital of Gozo. Victoria is the name given in 1897 by the British government on the accasion of Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee. The area around Victoria, situated on the hill near the centre of the island has been settled since Neolithic times. In the centre of Victoria lies The Cittadella, a historic fortified city. The Cittadella also called The Citadel is on Malta's tentative list of future World Heritage Sites by UNESCO, who describes it as a small fortified town. An old prison is located within the city, as are the Courts of Justice. You will reach the Cittadella onboard a trackless train.

After this visit, you will stop for lunch in a restaurant in Rabat. Finally, you will drive to Mgarr Port via Qala Belvedere where breathtaking scenes can be enjoyed. You will then have a short ferry crossing back to Malta and will be dropped off at your hotel.
