Frankfurt, a central German city on the river Main, is a major financial hub that's home to the European Central Bank. It's the birthplace of famed writer Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, whose former home is now the Goethe House Museum. Like much of the city, it was damaged during World War II and later rebuilt. The reconstructed Altstadt (Old Town) is the site of Römerberg, a square that hosts an annual Christmas market.

Baden-Baden is a spa town in southwestern Germany’s Black Forest, near the border with France. Its thermal baths led to fame as a fashionable 19th-century resort. Alongside the Oos River, park-lined Lichtentaler Allee is the town’s central promenade. The Kurhaus complex (1824) houses the elegant, Versailles-inspired Spielbank (casino). Its Trinkhalle has a loggia decorated with frescoes and a mineral-water fountain.

Today combine your guided city tour through Baden-Baden with more than 2000 years of bathing culture on this guided city walk including a visit of the Roman Bath Ruins.
On a walk through the spa district with the famous casino and the museum mile of Baden-Baden, through the old town quarter with the market square and town hall and through the spa district with Friedrichsbad and Caracalla Therme, you will also experience the Roman bath ruins - a museum of ancient bathing culture. The so-called soldier's bath is located directly under today's Friedrichsbad. Black Forest-From Baden-Baden to Freiburg
The tour will start and ends at the outside of Baden Baden Casino. The highlights of the tours include the visit of Casino Baden-Baden Spielbank. A 15 mins. stop and Admission excluded.
