Day 2 Melbourne
After your breakfast. Today morning you will get a glimpse of the coastal capital of the Victorian state, the Melbourne City Tour. Welcome to Melbourne! Known for its gardens, restaurants, cafes, arcades and laneways, the arts and its relaxed elegant charm. It's also home to the Australian Open Tennis, Aussie Rules football, Melbourne Cup and the MCG! Our morning Melbourne tour is a great introduction to our beautiful city. Head NE of the city and tour through 'Little Italy' with its plethora of restaurants and boutique shops. See the exquisite architecture of Melbourne University and Royal Exhibition Building before making a brief photo stop at St Patrick's Cathedral. Spend time at Fitzroy Gardens. A favourite part of the tour? - a guided walk through some of Melbourne's best arcades and laneways with the chance to enjoy the atmosphere and have a coffee break (own expense).

Departing Melbourne at around midday, we journey to the city's most colourful attraction , the iconic Brighton Beach bathing boxes. We continue our journey through Melbourne's bayside suburbs on the way to Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park. Here, we enjoy a guided wildlife walk where we have the opportunity to meet and hand-feed many species of native Australian animals. Learn about iconic species such as kangaroos, koalas, emus and wallabies, as well as some of our lesser known favourites including quolls, owls, bandicoots and Tasmanian devils. Included in our visit here is the spectacular 'Conservation in Action' wildlife show. Continuing on to Phillip Island, a visit to Point Grant and The Nobbies gives us an opportunity to enjoy views over Westernport Bay and Bass Strait, including Seal Rocks, home to Australia's largest population of fur seals. And then it's onwards to the main event, where just after dark every night the world's smallest penguins waddle ashore after spending the day fishing out at sea. You'll be truly enchanted as the stars of the show emerge from the surf and pass right before your eyes on their journey back to their homes. Your guide will ensure you are able to get the very best vantage point to enjoy the Penguin Parade. After the parade we allow plenty of time to explore the Visitor Centre before beginning our own journey back to Melbourne.

Day 4 Melbourne- Gold Coast
After breakfast in the hotel. The driver will pick you up and drop you to the airport for your onward flight to Brisbane. Upon arrival in Brisbane airport the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall, picked up and drop to your hotel in Gold coast.
The Gold Coast is a metropolitan region south of Brisbane on Australia’s east coast. It's famed for its long sandy beaches, surfing spots and elaborate system of inland canals and waterways. It’s also home to theme parks such as Dreamworld, Sea World and Wet’n’Wild. Inland, hiking trails crisscross Lamington National Park’s mountain ridges and valleys, home to rare birds and rainforest.

Full Day Hike - Lamington National Park, Elabana Falls and Picnic Rock
Explore Queensland's Lamington National Park on this hiking tour with an experienced guide. Part of the World Heritage, listed Gondwana Sub-Tropical Rainforests of Australia, Lamington boasts a pristine landscape of waterfalls, ancient trees and native wildlife. Elabana Falls is a breathtaking waterfall; the short hike to the falls is exceptional with giant Brush Box trees lining the track and the sound of the falls below getting closer.
Your day trip begins with pickup at Gold Coast hotels by minivan for the 27-mile (45-km) drive inland to Lamington National Park. During the approximate 1- a hour drive, admire views of Mt Barney and Mt Lindsay. Upon arrival at the park, your guide will give an introduction to your hiking route, including a few safety tips. You'll wind down through an emerald landscape of Queensland brush box and strangler figs, arriving at superb views of the waterfalls near Picnic Rock. A 10-minute detour takes you down to Elabana Falls where you can scramble over some boulders for an even better view of the cascade. After watching the water show and snapping a few pics, follow your guide back up the track with a steady, but gentle, incline. Arrive at O'Reilly's Tree Top Walk, the first attraction of its kind in Australia, and stroll along a series of suspension bridges some 65 feet (20 meters) above the forest floor. The walk showcases some sweeping views of the McPherson Range and the rainforest canopy. After lunch, enjoy a little free time to check out the gift shop, feed the local birds or just admire the scenery from your location in the middle of the park. From O'Reilly's, you'll drive back down the mountain and then onto the Gold Coast for hotel drop-off.

Day 7 Gold Coast- Sydney
