Day 1 Arrival at Nairobi Airport
Jambo! Welcome to Kenya
On arrival at Nairobi International Airport you will be met by our local representative and you will be transferred to the hotel.
Day is free, for you to explore the city at your own pace.
Nairobi is Kenya’s capital city. In addition to its urban core, the city has Nairobi National Park, a large game reserve known for breeding endangered black rhinos and home to giraffes, zebras and lions. Next to it is a well-regarded elephant orphanage operated by the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Nairobi is also often used as a jumping-off point for safari trips elsewhere in Kenya.

Day 2 Nairobi-Aberdares
Breakfast at the hotel . check out and your safari driver will pick you up and drive you to Aberdares Ranges. The distance from Nairobi to Aberdares is approximately. 180km and around 3:00 – 3.5 hours’ drive by road
Arrival at Aberdares Country Club a base hotel for your lunch. In the afternoon transfer to The Ark by the lodge shuttle.
The Ark is a unique concept whereby animals come to drink water at the water hole below the Ark Tree lodge and guests watch the animals from the comfort of their verandah. Note; there are no Game drives while staying The Ark
NB – Small luggage allowed at The Ark, rest is left at the base hotel and retrieved the following day! Children aged under 6 years are not allowed at The Ark without prior arrangements.
The Aberdare National Park covers the higher areas of the Aberdare Mountain Range of central Kenya and the Aberdare Salient to their east. Rhino Ark is a charity devoted to the protection of this critical habitat area.

Day 3 Aberdares-Lake Elementaita
After your breakfast depart and head to the base hotel to rejoin your safari driver guide then to the Rift Valley, Lake Elementaita. Drive via Thomson Falls Detour of the falls.
Upon arrival at Lake Elementaita lodge check in and freshen up before having your lunch
Rests of the afternoon spend at leisure to unwind in the lodge or you can do an optional game drive at nearby Lake Nakuru National Park. LakeN Nakuru is one of the Rift Valley soda lakes at an elevation of 1754 m above sea level. It lies to the south of Nakuru, in the rift valley of Kenya and is protected by Lake Nakuru National Park.
Elmenteita meaning "dust place", a reference to the dryness and dustyness of the area, especially between January and March. The town of Gilgil is near the lake. In the south-to-north sequence of Rift Valley lakes, Elmenteita is between Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru. The major Nairobi-Nakuru highway runs along the nearby escarpment affording motorists a spectacular vista towards the lake. Today the lake is a protected area due to its birdlife fame and also it has been named as one of the heritage sites together with the Lake Nakuru and Lake Bogoria by UNESCO. At the southern end of the lake are the "Kekopey" hot springs, in which the Tilapia grahami breed. Very popular for bathing, the local Maasai claim that it can cure AIDS. The reed beds nearby are fishing grounds for night herons and pelicans.

Day 4 Lake Elementaita-Masai Mara
Breakfast at the lodge abd check out. Today you will go to the most famous game reserve the Masai Mara. The drive will be approximately 5 hours & 30minutes from Lake Elementaita. You drive via farmlands/settlements inhabited by the Masai community.
Arrival at the Masai Mara camp and check in into your lodge. Your freshen up and prepare yourself for your lunch. Ater your authentic Masai lunch relax before you go for your game drive in the plains of Masai Mara in search of wildlife and sunset views.
Return to the tented camp after game drive for your dinner.
Maasai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The area nearby is dotted with villages (enkangs) of Maasai people.

Day 5 Masai Mara
Wake up to another delightful morning in the bush. Depart for an early morning game drive.
Early morning are lovely moments to see the nocturnal animals trying to get the last catches before they go to sleep. These will also be the best moments to see the glorious sun as it rises.
Return to the lodge for buffet breakfast. After breakfast relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings.
Lunch will be serve in the camp, take a nap while you are getting ready for the afternoon game drive.
Return to the lodge, freshen up and get ready for your dinner
Or alternatively you can opt for a full day game drive to track the wildlife with packed lunches. Later on return to the camp at around 1700hrs to freshen

Day 6 Masai Mara-Nairobi/End of trip
Breakfast at the camp. Check out at the camp. Your safari driver will drop you to Nairobi airport for your onward flight
